"Kaleigh"
Inspired by the main character of the book I'm currently working on. Kaleigh is a fallen angel and a selkie. I've come to really connect with her while writing, and not just because I'm in love with angel and selkie myth (Or because I modeled for this piece myself.) There's a sadness and a struggle about her that speaks to me. Through everything she goes through, Kaleigh's biggest fight is to discover herself, be true to herself, and to get back up after her world falls apart. I think her piece really gets across that universal struggle, the fight to be true to oneself.
